Remaining balance:
• $675 — June 1, 2026
• $675 — July 1, 2026
After your deposit is received, you will receive the full payment schedule.
Failure to complete payments by the required deadline may result in forfeiture of your reservation.
Participants are responsible for:
• booking flights
• paying the final accommodation invoice
• obtaining passports and travel documentation
• purchasing travel insurance
• personal spending and souvenirs
The itinerary may change due to weather, availability, or safety considerations.
Every effort will be made to preserve the overall experience.
All participants must sign the Participant Agreement & Liability Waiver before attending the trip.
Failure to complete the waiver may result in cancellation of the reservation.
