ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED, IF THE VARIANTS ARE AVAILABLE AND NOT ON PRE-ORDER(HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS ARE EXCLUDED. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE ORDERING. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 12 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS TO PROCESS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON.

IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN MISDELIVERED OR LOST- PLEASE PUT IN A CLAIM WITH USPS/UPS BEFORE SENDING AN EMAIL TO info@thehaitiancroissant.com WE CANNOT ASSIST WITH LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES WITHOUT A CLAIM NUMBER.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment is transferred. The Haitian Croissant is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We encourage customers to select secure delivery locations and monitor tracking closely upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SENT OUT VIA UPS AND/OR DHL. SHIPPING TIMES DEPEND ON FINAL DESTINATION COUNTRY.

ORDERS WILL START PROCESSING ON DATE ADVERTISED ON THE SITE- THE HAITIAN CROISSANT LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE RELEASE DATES WITH PROPER NOTIFICATION TO CUSTOMER. ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS STARTING ON THE RELEASE DATE, OR THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE RELEASE DATE IF DATE ADVERTISED IS A HOLIDAY, WEEKEND, ETC.
ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS INCLUDING A PRE-ORDER VARIANT WILL NOT BE PARTIALLY FULFILLED, AND WILL SHIP AT THE TIME THE PRE-ORDER IS READY TO BE FULFILLED.
PRE-ORDERED ITEMS WILL BE SENT USING NORMAL SHIPPING RATES.

By booking this experience, you agree to the following cancellation terms, designed to honor the planning, partnerships, and limited nature of this intimate trip.
All Payments Are Non-Refundable
Due to the curated nature of this experience and the advance commitments required to secure accommodations, transportation, and activities, all payments made toward the trip are non-refundable, including the initial deposit and all subsequent installments.
Deposits & Installments
The trip deposit is required to secure your participation and is immediately applied toward confirmed reservations. As outlined at booking, installment payments must be completed by the stated deadlines. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.
Hotel Accommodations
Hotel costs are separate from the trip fee and will be invoiced independently. Your room is not secured until the hotel deposit is paid. Hotel payments follow the hotel’s own cancellation policies and may be non-refundable.
Cancellations by Participant
If you are no longer able to attend, your payment remains non-refundable. However, you may request to transfer your spot to another guest, subject to approval and completed no later than 30 days prior to departure.
Cancellations or Changes by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the trip must be canceled or significantly modified due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to safety concerns, natural events, or insufficient enrollment), participants will be offered:
A transfer of funds to a future trip, or
A refund of the trip fee only (excluding any hotel payments or third-party costs)
Minimum Participation Requirement
This experience requires a minimum number of confirmed participants. If this minimum is not met, The Haitian Croissant reserves the right to adjust or cancel the itinerary.
Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and interruptions. This is the best way to protect your investment.
Acknowledgment of Risk
By participating, you acknowledge that international travel carries inherent risks and agree to participate at your own discretion.
